Swaad uses the whole palette of flavours — Spicy, Sour, Sweet, and Hot all at the same time with 15-20 spices —cumin, coriander, turmeric, clove and ginger, to name a few, making food more exciting and flavourful.Our experienced chef’s from India make our dishes fresh and cooked to perfection using centuries old traditional methods including the use of the clay oven (tandoor) fired up to 1000 degrees.
